At TMT Cleaning & Hygiene Solutions (ThabeMpho Trading ),transformation and empowerment are at the heart of our business. Over the years, we have actively supported the growth of Blackowned enterprises and rural communities through financial backing, mentorship, skills transfer, and practical work opportunities.
Lizzyan Mayer (Elizabeth Mutula): Supported with HR, bookkeeping, and business management training, alongside loans and resources to secure contracts and grow her waste collection business.
GraceLee Trading (Joyce Mashigo): Assisted with startup loans, financing access, and supply management skills to successfully deliver chemical supplies to major clients.
Beyond enterprise support, we have also invested in community upliftment in rural KwaZuluNatal, funding and delivering the KwaMkhize/Mqatsheni Financial Literacy Training. This initiative empowered 25 local microbusiness owners—predominantly women—with practical financial skills, budgeting knowledge, and cooperative development tools. The training culminated in the creation of a new cooperative, Nkunzisematholeni, fostering collaboration, selfreliance, and sustainable entrepreneurship in the Underberg area. Through these combined initiatives, TMT Cleaning continues to drive economic participation, rural development, and sustainable growth, ensuring that empowerment is not just a principle but a lived reality for the communities and businesses we support.
